- Once your order is submitted, a confirmation email and invoice will be sent to you.
- All orders will ship within 1-3 business days. Orders placed during holidays, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday), and weekends may take an extra 1-2 business days for order processing.
- Delivery times will vary based on your delivery address. Most packages will arrive within 7-21 business days.
- ARIX G.M is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during transit.
Return & Refund Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
- ARIX G.M will happily accept returns initiated up to 30 days from the delivery date.
- All merchandise must be unused, with the original packaging.
- Merchandise will be credited back to the original method of payment.
- You will be responsible for shipping charges on returned items – unless you received a damaged product or the wrong product was sent to you.
- ARIX G.M is not responsible for any lost returns.
Please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer experience team at email@example.com with your order number, the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason for your return.
- You will receive instructions for the return process via email.
- Drop off your return to the post office and inform us of your tracking details.
- Hang tight while your return makes its way to the warehouse. Once your return is processed, we will inspect it. If approved, your refund will go back to its original method of payment, minus the cost of return shipping.
Once your refund has reached our warehouse, please allow 2-3 business days for processing. Depending on your bank / card issuer’s policies, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
Exchange (Defective/Damage/Incorrect Only)
Product exchanges are only available for products that you received in a defective or damaged condition or when a different product than what you ordered was incorrectly sent to you.
If you would like to make an exchange, please follow the return steps above and return your order for a refund. Then make a new purchase for the item you want through our site.
